On April 13^th 2020,the Huayu group was visited by the yearly new forces——the 2020 university graduating interns.In order to help everyone blend in the Huayu group,the administrative personnel department of Huayu construction had prepared a weekly and fulfilling pre-job training for them.

This term of the exercise was combined with the pre-job quality development training, chairman's class and some training courses by other departments.As a beginning,the two-day expansion activities brought the interns into the training condition.

The chairman's class was hosted by the general manager of Huayu construction,Yao Ling.The chairman of Huayu group,Yi Xinhe,the president of Huayu group,Zhao Fuxin and the senior managers of Huayu construction all attended at the class.After welcoming and congratulating every interns,the chairman Yi taught a warm and lively lesson to them which could be called Let's talk by Huayu group.

To help everyone know more about Huayu group,the chairman Yi introduced the group profiles by explaining the seven highlights and the corporate culture,especially the excellent gene that can retain talents,the share operation system created only by Huayu group and the strategic objective of “a hundred in three”.In consideration of the interns might feeling confused after coming into thesociety,the chairman Yi emotionally talked about his own career from different dimensions such as mind adjustment,learning attitude,diligence,responsibility, the way to face your environment and so on.In the end,he put great expectation on the interns,hoping that they could become the pillars of the company and society in the foreseeable future.After that,the president Zhao also gave an advice that not only should you look for the bigger picture to make a plan of your career,but also you need to keep learning step by step. 

The head of the administrative personnel department,financial management department,purchasing management department and engineering management department would be in charge of the courses for the following days.They would elaborated the workflows and the knowledge related to their departments which laid a solid foundation for the following work practicing.

With the promotion of domestic resumption of work and production, Huayu group has also entered a state of overall resumption in an orderly manner.The joining of the new forces is an important part of the talent strategy which once again sounded the clarion call of the second leap of Huayu group.All of the Huayu staff will work together to strive for the objective of “a hundred in three”.The dream of attaining 10 billion revenue was becoming accessible in the future.
